Role of Rumen specific live yeast culture:

The toxic effect of the aflatoxin is nullified, when it comes in contact with propionibacteria, by biotransformation, and checks the release of Aflatoxin M1 in the milk.

During the fermentation process, it produces bacteriocin and hydrogen peroxide, which exclude pathogenic bacteria.
